If you were a member in 2024 or earlier, please email membership@woodstreamswimclub.com to have your account reactivated before following the steps below.

If you were a member in 2025, you received an email on February 1, 2026 with instructions and your temporary password. The instructions are below, please email membership@woodstreamswimclub.com if you cannot locate the Feb. 1 email in your inbox or spam folder. Do NOT create a new account if you had a membership in 2025.

Before you begin, please review all membership terms and definitions as there are some changes for 2026.

REGISTRATION STEPS:

  1. Change Your Password: Do this immediately after your first log-in for security purposes. Click the three dots in the “Account Summary” box and select change password.
  2. Edit Account Details: Click the three dots in the “Account Summary” box and select edit account details to add your mailing address.
  3. Emergency Contact: Click the three dots to add emergency contact information (this should be someone NOT included on your membership).
  4. Add/Delete Members: To delete a member no longer on your account, click the three dots on their row and select delete. To add a member, click the three dots at the top right of the “Members” box and add a member. All members must reside at the same permanent address (with the exception of one caregiver allowed per family if needed).
  5. Edit Member Information and Upload Photo(s): Click the three dots next to each member’s name to add/edit details. Name, birth date and gender are required fields; other fields are optional. A photo is also required for each member; please upload a cropped headshot or upload a photo and use the zoom feature. Photos are only used for check-in purposes and are stored on a secure server.
  6. Complete Waiver: As the primary account holder, you will sign the waiver on behalf of everyone on your account. Click the blue document icon next to your name to complete the waiver.
  7. Pay for Your Membership: After you’ve completed all required fields noted on screen, you can click on “PAY HERE” in the Account Summary section. Finalize your order details to move to payment. We accept:
    • Credit/Debit Card – A digital convenience fee will be added.
    • Check – Please download and print the invoice you will see on the page and mail to the address provided.
    • ACH – Payment through bank transfer – no fee is added.
