Rule Compliance

Swim club staff have the authority to enforce rules and address violations as needed to maintain a safe and respectful environment. When necessary, this may include verbal reminders, temporary limits on pool use, responsibility for the cost of repairing, replacing, or professionally remediating damaged property, or other reasonable measures to ensure the comfort and safety of members and guests. Repeated or serious violations may result in temporary or permanent restrictions on pool access, including being asked to leave the facility or limits on future membership or guest privileges.

For minors attending the pool without a parent or guardian present, repeated or serious concerns may be shared with a parent or guardian so they can be addressed collaboratively.
