Registration for Summer 2026 opens on February 1st and the Early Bird Discount will be in effect until 2/28/26. Standard rates are in effect from 3/1/26 through the summer season. We are introducing a NEW online registration system in 2026 and will communicate instructions when registration is open.

Registration for Swim Team will open in March and is completed through a different web portal (swim club membership is required).

Terms of Membership:
  1. New Members are required to pay a one-time, non-refundable bond payment of $100.00 per family. This includes new members registering at New Member rates or Senior rates.
  2. All Membership Fees Are NON-REFUNDABLE. We are unable to accept cancellations of membership or issue refunds, full or partial.
  3. Children under 2 years old before Memorial Day do not count toward the total family members. Children 2 years old or older on or after Memorial Day count as a family member and must be paid for.
  4. Proof of residency is required for adult children or for a grandparent (65+) listed as family members. Proof of residency may be requested at any time for any individual named on a membership.
  5. There must be at least one adult (18 years or older) on every membership.
  6. A pool membership must be maintained for a child to participate on the swim team. As noted above, there must be at least one adult (18 years or older) on every membership.
  7. Any non-member is limited to five (5) visits per season as a guest (including family members from the same household who are not included on an active plan).
  8. All memberships must be paid within 30 days of registration or by May 15, whichever comes first. If your payment is not received in time, you will be required to re-register at prevailing rates.
  9. You are required to sign our waiver as part of registration which includes an agreement to follow all pool rules. Members are also responsible for ensuring their guest(s) comply with pool rules.
  10. No one will be admitted to the pool without having submitted all appropriate registration forms/waivers and paying membership dues in full.
Definitions and Member Types:
  • A “family” comprises individuals who reside in the same household/have the same address. Relatives who live outside the primary home are not eligible to be included on the primary membership, and must either join under their own membership or accompany members of the primary membership as guests under our guest policies.
  • New Members: Those who have never been members of Woodstream Swim Club at any point in time may receive a 50% discount off of the Standard Rate for their first summer of membership. As noted in the Terms of Membership, a $100 one time bond payment is required at the time of registration.
  • Returning Members are considered bonded families who have previously been members of Woodstream Swim Club at any time.
  • Senior Membership: Defined as a member 65 years of age or older; up to two people from a household may be on a Senior Membership.
  • Empty Nester Membership:  To be considered for the “Empty Nester” discount, you must have been a member for 10 years or more, and you can no longer have children on the swim team or on your general membership.
  • Lifetime Membership: Qualifying Empty Nester Members can inquire about lifetime membership by contacting us at membership@woodstreamswimclub.com.
  • Active duty military families can receive a 10% discount on standard rates by providing proof of eligibility.
  • Homeowners Association Members: Residents of qualifying HOAs who pay HOA fees can provide proof of association fees and qualify for a discounted membership rate.
  • Caregiver Registration: Each family may add one caregiver to their family membership at the rate of $100 for the summer. This is intended for a medical caregiver or, for children 11 and under, a babysitter or grandparent/extended family who is a non-resident of the member household. The caregiver can only access the pool when accompanying the child(ren) or person with medical needs. Caregivers cannot attend the pool alone or with adult members only on their associated membership.
