Party Rental Information
Looking for a great place to host your summer party? Jump right in at Woodstream!
Private Parties are only accommodated on weeknights from the day after Memorial Day until the pool opens full time (approximately mid-June). Private parties have exclusive use of the pool for a 3-hour time period.
Regular Season Parties are offered on weekdays and weekends from Memorial Day to Labor Day during regular pool operating hours. Please note, parties cannot be accommodated on summer holidays or when Woodstream-hosted social events are occurring.
Parties are three hours in length, plus a half hour for set-up and a half hour for clean-up. Party rental includes the reserved pavilion and adjacent charcoal grill, plus use of the guarded pool, sports equipment/games, and grounds.
Party pricing is based on pool membership and on the total number of guests, as an additional lifeguard must be scheduled for every 25 added guests. Guests can be members or non-members. Everyone at the pool during your party counts as a guest even if they are not swimming (e.g. a parent who stays while their child attends a party).
Party Terms and Conditions
- Only adults 18 and older may host a party and the host must be present throughout the party.
- All party guests are expected to adhere to pool rules, which includes rules for diving well band tests for children 11 and under: https://woodstreamswimclub.membersplash.com/about/pool-rules/
- All guests must complete our online guest waiver. For guests under 18, the waiver must be completed by a parent or guardian in advance of the party. Guests will not be allowed entry without a waiver.
- Party hosts can arrive 30 minutes before party start time for set up and must clean up and vacate the pavilion within 30 minutes after party end time (if your party end time is the same time as pool closing, you must have your party cleaned up by pool closing). This includes cleaning up items like straw or candy wrappers from the patio. You may use available trash cans and recycling bins but please do not fill to overflowing.
- Please report any damages to the manager on duty before departing.
- NO glass of any kind is permitted anywhere on pool grounds including the parking lot.
- You’re welcome to decorate the pavilion but confetti and glitter are prohibited. Additionally, please use surface-safe tape for hanging decorations to avoid pulling off paint.
