Only adults 18 and older may host a party and the host must be present throughout the party. 2. All party guests are expected to adhere to pool rules, which includes rules for diving well band tests for children 11 and under: https://woodstreamswimclub.membersplash.com/about/pool-rules/ 3. All guests must complete our online guest waiver. For guests under 18, the waiver must be completed by a parent or guardian in advance of the party. Guests will not be allowed entry without a waiver. 4. Party hosts can arrive 30 minutes before party start time for set up and must clean up and vacate the pavilion within 30 minutes after party end time (if your party end time is the same time as pool closing, you must have your party cleaned up by pool closing). This includes cleaning up items like straw or candy wrappers from the patio. You may use available trash cans and recycling bins but please do not fill to overflowing. 5. Please report any damages to the manager on duty before departing. 6. NO glass of any kind is permitted anywhere on pool grounds including the parking lot. 7. You’re welcome to decorate the pavilion but confetti and glitter are prohibited. Additionally, please use surface-safe tape for hanging decorations to avoid pulling off paint. I understand and accept the following rules.Party Payment Terms*Full payment of your expected guest tier is required to secure your booking. Your final guaranteed number of guests including guest names is due 10 days prior to your party. Guest names are collected in advance to expedite check-in and ensure waivers are properly completed. If your party increases in size to the next tier at the 10 day guarantee, your remaining balance is due prior to the start of your party. Payment is by check, ACH, or credit card (credit card payments subject to additional processing fee). *If your day-of party guest count drops to a lower tier, you will not receive any refund as additional lifeguards were already scheduled. *Your day-of party guest count cannot increase to a higher tier as there will not be sufficient guards on duty.
